Sno’n’Ski Holidays has appointed Luke Pritchard as general manager, marking a new phase for the ski wholesaler as it builds on post-pandemic recovery and product growth.
Pritchard, who first joined Sno’n’Ski nine years ago, beginning as a ski travel consultant in 2015 and has since worked across product, sales, and trade engagement.
Prior to joining the company, he held roles at MySnow Holidays and worked as a ski instructor in Canada and Japan.
His promotion was announced this week by managing director Daniel Walker.
“I am very proud to offer Luke this opportunity. Luke has been instrumental in rebuilding Sno’n’Ski Holidays back to pre-pandemic levels,” Walker said.

Inside Sno’n’Ski’s next chapter
The appointment comes as Sno’n’Ski expands its destination offering and enters a key booking period for winter 2025.
Luke’s move into the GM role is expected to provide continuity for agency partners, many of whom already have an established relationship with him through his previous sales and leadership positions.
“We have become more efficient, more productive, and offering a much larger range of ski product to our agency partners,” says Pritchard.
Founded more than 30 years ago and based in Brisbane, Sno’n’Ski is a family-owned wholesaler specialising in domestic and international snow travel. The company services Australian agents with tailor-made ski packages, working with global resort partners to deliver value-led holidays for families, couples and groups.

Sno’n’Ski’s team of consultants are all skiers or snowboarders, and the brand positions itself as a trade-first operator offering destination knowledge and personal support.
“Luke’s appointment marks an exciting new era for the company, as it continues to expand its presence as the leading snow travel provider for Australians heading to the world’s best ski destinations,” the company said.
KARRYON UNPACKS: Luke Pritchard’s promotion signals strong internal continuity for Sno’n’Ski at a time when demand for ski is rebounding. With deeper product breadth and a tighter focus on agent support, the move positions the wholesaler well heading into peak booking season.
