Jazz hands at the ready! New Orleans & Company has appointed Gate 7 as its Australian public relations agency to promote the Louisiana city aka NOLA among travel trade, media and travellers.

Gate 7 will work closely with the official destination and sales marketing organisation to promote NOLA as a premier destination for Aussie travellers seeking rich cultural experiences, including jazz and blues music, Creole and Cajun cuisine, civil rights, marquee festivals, historic architecture and much more.

The new partnership also builds on the agency’s existing relationship with Travel South USA for representation of several US Southern states.

Senior Vice President of Tourism Kim Priez said: “We are thrilled to partner with Gate 7 to showcase the charm and magic of NOLA to the Australian market.”
