¡Hola Peru! PROMPERÚ appoints Gate 7 for Australian travel trade and PR representation

Gate 7 is now the go-to for travel trade and public relations representation for the Peru Export & Tourism Promotion Board (PROMPERÚ) in Australia, strengthening the South American nation’s positioning and visibility as a diverse travel destination.

With this appointment, PROMPERÚ seeks to build awareness, consideration and future travel demand for Peru among Australian travellers, while continuing engagement with travel trade and media.

Gate 7 will support PROMPERÚ by delivering an integrated, year-round travel trade and media program focused on engagement and press relations, focused on the Australian market.

This will include press office services, famils, training initiatives and the development of storytelling content that highlights Peru’s cultural, culinary, natural, and adventure tourism.

Australia is a priority long-haul market for Peru, contributing a 29.1 per cent year-on-year increase in visitors between January and November 2025, representing 31,493 travellers.
