Railbookers Group has promoted Craig Owens to the role of National Sales Manager, where he will lead the company’s growing business development team in Australia and New Zealand.
Since joining in 2023, Owens has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth, with Railbookers and Amtrak Vacations recording a 65% sales increase in 2024.
In his new role, Owens will manage relationships with travel agencies and consortia. He will also oversee the Australia-based business development team and support agents across the region.
Railbookers Group has staff in all six Australian states and continues to expand its team. The company, fully remote globally, is investing in its Australian presence, including a General Manager and new inside sales and guest experience staff.
