Travel Industry Mentor Experience (TIME) has welcomed experienced global executive Nicole O’Sullivan as new State Representative for Victoria where she will share her expertise to coach and empower travel professionals in the state.
O’Sullivan brings more than 20 years’ industry experience across retail sales, leadership and business development to the role from a strong background working at Flight Centre Travel Group in Australia, the US and the UK.
Establishing her Birds Eye View Consulting practice in 2019, she works with travel businesses, wholesalers, business development managers and sales teams to improve sales performance through mindset shifts, strategic coaching and tailored training.
A passionate advocate for mentorship and professional growth, the Board of Directors welcomed the appointment of O’Sullivan to share her wealth of experience in coaching and empowering sales professionals to achieve their potential.

The most recent TIME Scholarship recipient, Inspiring Vacations’ Brianna Drummond, commenced her mentorship program in April 2024.
