Travellers Choice is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Smith as its new Melbourne-based Business Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.
Smith is well known to Travellers Choice members, having worked as Business Development Manager (Victoria and Tasmania) for Cover-More Insurance between 2001 and 2010.
In the past Smith has also worked as a senior travel consultant and most recently gained first-hand experience running his own small business when he launched a successful landscape gardening company.
Travellers Choice Chief Executive Christian Hunter says Smith is now charged with supporting the sales and marketing activities of Travellers Choice members across Victoria and Tasmania, as well as maintaining growth of the national retail group’s network and working closely with preferred suppliers.
“Our members are excited to have Graham on board because he is an experienced professional who is well known and respected within the travel community,” says Hunter.
“He’s also someone they recognise as a natural fit with the Travellers Choice culture, which is very much about nurturing and supporting travel agents to grow their businesses.”
