Unforgettable Travel Company, which includes Unforgettable Croatia in Australia, has unveiled a new global partnerships team, adding Jesse Lepow as Global Partnerships Director and promoting Heather Witten to Global Partnerships Manager.
The newly created global team will represent all brands under the Unforgettable Travel Company banner across all markets, including Australia.
Lepow and Witten will be responsible for strategic partnerships with key industry partners; directing campaigns and joint promotions; and overseeing trade activities, such as events, roadshows and famils for the luxury private tour and cruise company.
The global partnerships team will also launch a new travel advisor portal in 2026, ensuring trade partners have access to the latest sales tools and collateral.

Based in the US, Lepow joins Unforgettable Travel Company’s leadership team, including other recent executive hires, from his most recent role as Director of Sales at The Muse Collection, a boutique sales and marketing representation firm in New York City.
He also brings more than 10 years’ experience in business development and industry relations, working at Madrid & Beyond, a luxury agency specialising in Spain and Portugal, and Heritage Tours Private Travel.

Also based in the US, Witten joined Unforgettable Travel Company in 2017 and was previously the CRM & Social Media Manager.
