Wendy Wu Tours has appointed Owen Boyce and James Phillips as its newest state account managers to expand the ranks of its Australian sales team and support trade partners.
Owen Boyce joins as State Account Manager for Western Australia & South Australia and James Phillips takes on the role of State Account Manager for Victoria & Tasmania.
A well-known SA travel industry professional, Boyce has spent more than a decade on the road helping advisors sell group tours, including roles with American Express Business Travel, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Insight Vacations and Europcar.
He joins the team as current WA & SA Account Manager Holly Quick commences maternity leave at the end of March.
Adelaide-based Boyce’s extensive industry connections and experience will ensure a seamless transition for the operator’s agency partners in WA and SA.

James Phillips joins Wendy Wu Tours with more than 17 years’ experience in the travel industry, including a long tenure with Flight Centre Travel Group.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist advisors in selling Wendy Wu Tours and will work alongside State Account Manager Christine Yatridis to grow and support the Vic/Tas market.

Wendy Wu Tours Australia Head of Sales Belinda Ward expressed her enthusiasm for the new hires.
“We are very excited to have James and Owen join the Wu Crew on the road. They both bring invaluable experience to our team and our agency partners,” she said.
Wendy Wu Tours currently has two exclusive deals in market.
