Twenty-four hours – that’s how much time was dedicated entirely to Travel Agents around Australia this week as part of the inaugural National Agents Day.
Launched by Trafalgar, the day (the second last Wednesday of May) was set aside as a time for the industry to honour and thank consultants around the country for their important roles as the face of travel.
The tour operator’s Managing Director in Australia, Matthew Cameron-Smith, said it was time Aussie Agents received a lot of love.
“From the Trafalgar Tribe and I, we thank you for your continued support,” he said.
Thanks aside, the day was also a good opportunity for consultants to go a little wild and celebrate… themselves!
