New Caledonia Tourism has launched a new centralised hub for all things New Caledonia to provide travel trade professionals with sales and marketing resources to promote and learn more about Australia’s closest South Pacific neighbour.
The official B2B New Caledonia Tourism website collates a wide range of tools into one platform for easy access, including brochures, fact sheets, market insights, destination statistics, e-learning modules, a trade directory, image and video library and updates.
It also features basic and inspirational itineraries that advisors can use as a starting point with clients, including stopover schedules for cruises in Lifou and Noumea and a road-tripping guide.

Aussie advisors can deepen their destination knowledge by completing the e-learning program to become a certified New Caledonia Specialist and gain exclusive access to news and travel deals, as well as opportunities for group famils and self-famils.
While it’s specifically designed for travel trade, media reps, event planners and potential investors will also find dedicated content and sector-specific materials on the B2B website.

This new digital hub aims to create fresh opportunities for stronger collaboration, richer storytelling and increased visibility for the destination across multiple industries.
New Caledonia Tourism Australia Country Manager Rebecca Marchal told Karryon earlier this year that the destination reported a 135 per cent year-on-year increase in Australian visitors between March and April 2025.
