W Brisbane was abuzz last night for the first of the Niche is Nice 2025 boutique travel roadshow events, welcoming an enthusiastic and eager crowd of savvy advisors and suppliers for an evening of interesting presentations and marketplace meet-and-greets.
Presented by Karryon, Niche is Nice 2025 brought more than 40 specialist suppliers and diverse destinations to Brisbane with advisors travelling from as far away as the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast to attend the showcase of boutique travel experiences.
With the River City as a sparkling backdrop at W Brisbane, this year’s Niche is Nice offered a combined marketplace and presentation venue format, allowing travel partners and advisors to maximise their time on the floor.

Agents were able to wander the free-flowing marketplace and chat in person to representatives from niche brands and destinations and across varied travel styles, including luxury, small-group touring, small-ship and expedition cruising and adventure.

Suppliers travelled from far and wide to share the latest about their intriguing brands and destinations, including many first-time exhibitors at Niche is Nice.

Visit Anchorage even brought along a VIP guest all the way from the USA (and no, it wasn’t two heads of state who recently met in Alaska’s largest city!).

Select Platinum, Gold Plus and Gold Sponsors also took to the stage, highlighting new updates, products and experiences for advisors to share with their discerning clients.

With amazing prizes, delicious nibbles and drinks, professional presentations and fun activations on offer, advisors stayed on to the very end, keen to soak up all the details and stuff their Karryon bags full of info and inspo.

Two lucky attendees won the major prize of a five-day stay in Alaska, thanks to Platinum Sponsor Visit Anchorage, while Gold Plus Sponsor Evolution Travel Collective gave away a Swiss Rail Pass for two, among other top prizes from suppliers.

Both suppliers and agents were delighted with the first Niche is Nice 2025 event, sharing positive feedback about the high-quality opportunities for networking and expanding their leads to match new products to clients seeking boutique travel experiences worldwide.

With Brisbane setting the scene with a successful first outing, don’t miss your chance to meet an array of boutique suppliers and diverse destinations in a fun, engaging environment at the sold-out Sydney and Melbourne events.
