Bonjour Québec! Rendez-vous Canada, Destination Canada’s signature tourism marketplace, will touch down in Québec City this year, hosting more than 1,200 travel trade delegates from around the world across four days from 30 May – 2 June 2023.
The annual Rendez-vous Canada (RVC) seller-seated exhibition allows international travel trade to connect with leading tourism industry partners, offering focused engagement around the best tourism experiences in Canada.
Destination Canada GSA – Australia Managing Director Julie King said 11 Australian travel industry partners will attend RVC 2023.
“We’re excited to shine a spotlight on one of Canada’s most beautiful, dynamic cities. RVC creates an exciting opportunity for Australian buyers to network and partner with key Canadian tourism professionals to gain the tools they need to market and sell Canada with confidence,” she said.
RVC offers international tour operators and wholesalers seeking innovative, authentic tourism products exclusive services and packages that may give them a competitive edge.
Following the trade show, delegates can participate in famils throughout the province from Montréal, the Laurentians and Charlevoix to the whale route of Côte-Nord, providing a firsthand experience of Québec’s tourism offerings.
Famous for its cobblestone streets, old-world romance and historic architecture, Québec City will also provide day tours for delegates.
Attendees can explore the city’s historic landmarks, sample culinary delights, discover natural wonders outside the city and experience a cultural immersion with the Huron-Wendat Nation, Québec’s urban Indigenous community.
RVC returned in 2022 after a two-year hiatus, staging an in-person and virtual trade show. Find out more here.
