In response to travel advisor feedback and high traffic, Entire Travel Group has enhanced its travel advisor website.
With bookings through its website exceeding expectations, streamlining the site to allow for faster and easier bookings has been a priority in the new design.
With this in mind, Entire has moved its booking engine to the forefront of the site. It has also introduced advanced search functionality, which enables advisors to search by destination, date and start/finish city.
This allows agents to find the product they want more quickly from the more than 350 independent holiday packages on offer.
Additionally, agents will find unique icons to explore packages organised in a wide range of experiences.

“We’ve done all the time-consuming, back-and-forth required to create independent packages, so it’s no surprise that agents have embraced the website,” said Entire Travel Group Sales and Marketing Director Greg McCallum, adding that bookings received on Entire’s website remained well ahead of projections.
“Our latest enhancements ensure it now offers even more benefits to our retail partners.”
Form and function
While the first iteration of the website focused largely on inspiration and information, McCallum said the new-look site would improve efficiency for advisors.
“Agents told us that they love the look and feel, and the fact that they can, without the need for a log-in, easily book fully-commissionable, end-to-end, independent holiday packages in a matter of minutes,” he said.
“At the same time, given our product and destination range is now so extensive, it was clear that the introduction of advanced search functionality would help agents locate desired packages more quickly.”
With Entire Travel Group’s Change Agent Sell Price (CASP) feature, the enhanced site continues to give agents the option to control costs as well as determine the final price for packages. It also enables agents to add a service fee or reward customers with a discount.
Quotes will be delivered as pdf documents with bespoke agent branding, while packages come with ETG’s Peace of Mind Booking Plan, which gives customers a full refund on Covid-related cancellations.
