The Canadian Rockies and new American Southwest rail itineraries are hugely popular Down Under and now the brand aims to make further inroads in the market with an enhanced online agent experience.
Travel advisors can benefit from new features, such as improved online bookings via a new interface, update notifications, marketing and sales resources, new trade newsletter and dedicated training centre.
The new global Agent Portal will allow advisors to quote, reserve inventory and book online; search for packages easily and access booking tools for a more effective and efficient user experience.

Advisors can also use the online resource hub for brochures and promotional flyers, digital assets and customisable marketing materials plus access learning opportunities, exclusive discounts and rail route and destination information via the training centre.
