Launching our first event of the series on October 26, 2023, in Sydney, each Open Mindset lunch will be a masterclass on understanding industry challenges and opportunities together.
Drawing from a diverse spectrum of life experiences of people working in the travel industry, the perspectives shared will provide actionable solutions to integrate into your daily life.
Episode 1: How do we tackle the topic of maintaining mental wellbeing in the travel industry?
For our first event, we’ll delve deep into the topic of mental wellbeing in the travel industry.
Once an avoided topic or one relegated to hushed corners, it is now a critical conversation for a balanced, productive work environment and sustainable, happy workforce.
Sharing its latest insights, Beyond Blue will demystify the complexities of mental wellbeing, providing you with a toolkit to foster a healthier and more resilient workspace.
You’ll then hear from three esteemed industry leaders on a panel moderated by Karryon founder Matt Leedham, who will share their insights, personal encounters and the tactics they’ve woven into their businesses and life journeys to prioritise mental health.
You’ll also hear about inspiring travel industry initiatives that have helped make positive changes in the travel industry and learn how you can.
