Scenic Group has officially unveiled its new global loyalty offering, Scenic & Emerald Rewards, combining Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs into a single, streamlined platform across its luxury cruise and tour brands.
After teasing the merger, Scenic & Emerald Rewards launched globally on 10 February 2026, bringing together Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER programs under one consolidated loyalty structure.
The new program recognises travel across Scenic and Emerald’s ocean, river and escorted land journeys, spanning all seven continents and more than 100 countries.
The updated loyalty model was shaped by extensive guest and travel advisor feedback with a focus on simplification, clearer recognition and more tangible rewards.

MyRewards is a major feature of the new program, allowing members to earn one per cent of the eligible new booking value as a real monetary amount to redeem towards a future cruise or tour.
Membership is still free for passengers to join after their first journey, and all existing members will automatically transition to the new program.
All existing Scenic Club and EmeraldEXPLORER status points have been combined into a single balance, giving members one account to earn and redeem rewards across both brands.

Scenic & Emerald Rewards also introduces a simplified four-tier structure with Gold, Diamond, Emerald and Chairman’s Club with new thresholds and benefits.
Existing members whose tiers have merged have been moved to an equivalent or higher tier with adjusted status points under the new program.
Scenic Group Founder & Chair Glen Moroney said the program represents a significant evolution in how loyalty is recognised.

“The Scenic & Emerald Rewards program has been designed to ensure we continue to develop more relevant experiences for our valued members and deliver enhanced recognition, communication and benefits across the portfolio of luxury experiences,” he said.
Scenic & Emerald Rewards members can also look forward to more tier-based benefits, including access to pre-release itineraries, exclusive event invitations and priority onboard services.
Eligible journeys may also include private transfers or airport hotel stays, complimentary accommodation on longer trips and additional privileges aligned to each tier level.
