P&O Cruises Australia hosted the top-performing agents in its Flagship Achievers Program on a four-night Queensland cruise last weekend, starting with a celebratory dinner at The Rocks, Sydney.

The 10 Aussie and Kiwi travel advisors were recognised for exceeding annual sales targets in P&O Cruises Australia’s incentive program, Flagship Achievers.

Auckland-based Mark Smith from Let’s Cruise joined Barry Warner from PlanetDwellers (NSW) and Queensland prize winners Benice Parkinson (Clean Cruising), Robyn Shields (I Love Cruising), Kerrie Chapman (Barrow & Bear Travel), Daryl Muspratt (ESeaCruising), Angie Reilly (Flight Centre), Anita Oliver (Cruiseaway), Lynelle Lucas (Just Cruises) and Leanne Russell (Cruise Holidays).

The cruise included welcome drinks and dinner at Luke’s Bar & Grill, the Blanc de Blanc cabaret comedy show in the Black Circus Theatre and dolphin feeding on Tangalooma Island.

The group also enjoyed the new Byron Beach Club, an exclusive onboard rest and relaxation space.

P&O Cruises Australia Key Accounts Manager Angus Mackay said 2022 was an exciting year for the company.

“We’ve seen an incredible appetite for affordable holiday options, partnering closely with our agents to deliver amazing offers for our Aussie travellers,” Mr Mackay said.

“The results achieved by our agents highlight the strength of the market recovery across the cruising industry and we sincerely thank them for their ongoing support.”

P&O Cruises welcomed three ships back to Australia in 2022, returning to island destinations in the South Pacific and hosting its inaugural Pride Cruise.
