For the first time ever, Travel Advisors booking Mediterranean ferries with Excite Holidays will be able to receive instant confirmation for their ferry bookings.
The new offering is part of Excite Holidays completely redesigned booking system for Mediterranean ferries has gone live today.
As part of the new booking system, Travel Advisors will also be given an option for a printed ticket to be mailed or an e-voucher that can be presented to their client for redemption at the relevant port.
Excite Holidays is the only wholesaler in the Australian market that is able to provide instant confirmation for Mediterranean ferries, with more than 1,250 routes on offer in Greece, Italy and Turkey.
In addition to instant confirmation, the new system offers a more streamlined process for booking, with detailed maps of the ferry routes selected and the ability to book a round-trip within a single search.
Excite Holidays has long been a trusted provider of Mediterranean ferries to the Australian market and said this new iteration of the booking system is a huge step forward.
