It’s not just shopping, it’s an experience.
The Citadel Outlets have teamed up with Karmel Shuttle to provide those on the ‘Shop Until Your Drop Off’ package a pick up from their hotel to the outlet.
Once driving through the recreated Ancient Assyrian gates, they’ll be escorted to a VIP lounge where they can check in their luggage and enjoy refreshments, including Mimosas.
From there, they’ll receive their international passport full of exclusive store discounts and head off to shop.
As a VIP shopper, they’ll be able to regularly return to the lounge to rest their feet or drop off their new purchases before heading out for more shopping.
Other perks of the package include room to re-pack their luggage, access to a scale so that they can re-weigh their bags, an on-site foreign currency exchange, and a shuttle straight to the airport.

As Cynthia Schmitt explained, the final day in Los Angeles can sometimes feel like a throwaway because check out is at 11.00am but flights don’t depart until late in the evening.
