TIME To Learn: Supporting Graduates & Mentees In Virtual Workshops

In addition to the MentorMe initiative, the TIME Board is looking to run a series of online workshops to support graduates and mentees during this difficult time.

In addition to the MentorMe initiative, the TIME Board is looking to run a series of online workshops to support graduates and mentees during this difficult time.

The series of virtual workshops will support graduates and current mentees to continue their professional development, personal development and ongoing networking skills.

TIME realises that many of their graduates and mentees have been either stood down or are working limited hours, often from home.

This has the potential to give them the time (and focus) they may not have had previously to undertake additional self-development program and/ or to revisit a past workshop as a refresher.

How will it work?

Participants: TIME graduates and current mentees

How: ZOOM conferencing or similar to provide the opportunity to network virtually with others and record the workshop for those unable to attend graduates/ mentees receiving advance notice of the program (when sketched out) and a weekly invitation, requiring a response, to each specific workshop.

Program Dates: Proposed start date is Tuesday 21 April and these would run weekly for 6-8 weeks. The proposed start time is 10:00am for 45-60 minutes.
