Inside the Theatrette, special guest Ulla Hefel Böhler, CEO of Insight Vacations, was present from her hometown of Zurich, and gave a TEDx style presentation with an incredible 7.5×7.5 metre screen behind her.

She provided guests with an insight into what’s setting the brand apart from the rest – innovation, consistency and continuous improvement.

She also spoke to what’s new for 2020 such as the introduction of Insight Choice, the return of the Ancient Civilisations collection following high demand and the brand’s involvement in sustainability initiatives.

Insight Vacations also revealed some homegrown talent, with Victorian Sales Manager, Andrew Perry providing the intermission entertainment with his own rendition of “The Art of Travelling in Style”.
