Melbourne’s biggest travel industry lunch is back on Wednesday, 10 December 2025. The Christmas TraveLeague will raise funds for Lymphoma Australia, with AFL legend Anthony Rocca sharing his personal story on stage.
The annual ‘long lunch’ tradition continues to unite the travel industry through connection, conversation and community giving.
Christmas TraveLeague is a rare opportunity to combine high-value networking with visible community support, making it easier to connect meaningfully with clients and trade partners alike. And let’s face it, it’s just a great way to let your hair down after a long year.
Why Lymphoma Australia?
Lymphoma Australia, the national charity for Australians living with lymphoma, the most common blood cancer, has been chosen as this year’s beneficiary. The selection reflects the event’s commitment to channel industry‑wide support into a high‑impact cause.
Lymphoma Awareness Month was marked this September, and the charity recently named Anthony Rocca as an ambassador. His presence at the lunch helps highlight the cause and encourages the industry to connect and contribute.

Who’s going?
The lunch is targeted at travel industry professionals and offers a tasty meal, plenty of drinks, networking, and an after-party. Held in the Palladium Ballroom of the Crown Casino, it promises to be another memorable event to kick off the Silly Season.
For the travel trade, this event is a chance to stand out, show up and show they care. Backing the Christmas TraveLeague signals alignment with community causes, industry connection and commercial intent. With over 850 attendees expected, it’s a ready-made environment for supplier catch-ups, client hosting and serious end-of-year momentum.

Karryon is proud to be the preferred media sponsor of the 2025 Christmas TraveLeague. The event aligns perfectly with our Together in Travel mantra, celebrating an industry that shows up for one another and gives back.
