Travellers Choice has expanded its nationwide member network, adding four new brick-and-mortar and mobile agencies serving a diverse client base, including two in Queensland, one based in Victoria and one in Western Australia.
In Queensland, Travellers Choice welcomes Moreton Bay-based CJ Travel Experts – new to Australia from New Zealand – and Townsville’s Jetsetter Travel.
CJ Travel Experts is owned and operated by Carla Jordan, who is originally from Brazil and moved to Brisbane from Tauranga, where she owns CJ & Travel Brokers.

Her NZ agency has a strong South American focus, which she’s hoping to replicate in Australia.
“I’m operating as a genuine independent, backed by Travellers Choice, which has been amazingly supportive and helpful in getting me established and connecting me with suppliers,” she said.

Jetsetter Travel owner Stefania Towler, whose agency specialises in upmarket FIT travel for a client base that stretches across Australia and North America, said that the opportunity to work with a high-calibre stable of preferred partners was a major motivation for joining Travellers Choice.
“The network includes some of the travel industry’s most experienced agents and the way they operate aligns with my own approach in terms of business practices and values,” she said.
Melbourne’s Snowsea Cruises, a mobile-based agency catering to Chinese Australian travellers, joined the group in October 2025.

Owner Xueying (Snow) Yu launched the company in November 2024, drawing on her experience as a Flight Centre consultant and an onboard crew member for Princess Cruises.
Marketing through Chinese social networking and e-commerce platforms, the company now employs two experienced consultants in Melbourne and a third in Europe, who specialises in river cruises.
“As an independent niche operator, it can be hard to connect with suppliers, but as a Travellers Choice member, I am now developing trusted and supportive relationships with preferred partners. I’m looking forward to sharing experiences and insights with our group’s other home-based agents,” she said.

Home-based Byford Travel Agent also recently joined Travellers Choice, bringing its focus on leisure and family travel.
The full-service Perth travel agency’s owner, Jessica Jamieson, has more than 14 years’ travel industry experience, including eight years with American Express Global Business Travel in Western Australia.
“As an independent operator, Travellers Choice allows me to do my own thing while providing all the support I need in the background,” she said.
Travellers Choice member shareholders will meet in Melbourne for the Annual General Meeting before this year’s conference from 28–30 November 2025.
