Travellers Choice recently hosted a two-day Perth meet-up to empower its national business development management network through team-building activities, workshops and discussion forums.
The BDMs took part in Perth’s Flight Club social darts experience as one of their bonding activities during the two-day get-together in July 2025, designed to ensure they continue to work effectively as a national team.
It wasn’t all fun and games; the BDMs also received the latest development updates and refreshed their knowledge of the company’s constantly evolving products and services, including presentations from preferred suppliers, such as Sabre and Air Tickets.

Travellers Choice General Manager Sales Nicola Strudwick said the annual gathering is more than a business meeting.
“It’s a reaffirmation of our values, our purpose and the powerful impact we can have when we work together with intent,” she said.
“Through workshops and discussion forums, our management team personally updated our state-based BDMs on our roadmap for the year ahead, ensuring every member of the team clearly understands our company’s objectives.

“While our members are all fiercely independent travel agents, they know they can always call on our BDMs for support.
“By investing in ongoing training, we ensure our team can help members achieve business growth by taking full advantage of all the benefits that come from being a Travellers Choice member,” she said.
Travellers Choice recently recognised its top-performing agent members with a selection of three Choice Reward Trips.
