TravelManagers personal travel manager (PTM) Kerstin Rheinlander recently experienced a luxury Tauck famil on the recently introduced, all-inclusive ‘Dutch Waterways’ cruise aboard the custom-designed MS Inspire.
One of three Australian advisors and eight US agents on board, TravelManagers’ Ms Rheinlander sailed from Amsterdam with Tauck, exploring the Netherlands’ waterways.
Hosted by Tauck’s National Account Manager for Australia Helen Eves, the eight-day cruise famil visited Amsterdam, Kampen, Enkhuizen, Hoom, Rotterdam and The Hague.
“Tauck is renowned for its all-inclusive offering and VIP experiences, so it was great to see this in action,” Ms Rheinlander said.

“The cruise and tour directors are amazing at assessing the desires of the guests and tailoring each cruise to suit.”
The cruise also coincided with the Floriade garden festival, which only occurs every 10 years.
With its reputation for VIP experiences, Tauck ensured passengers had early access to the festival grounds with private guides.
“What an incredibly memorable way to experience my first river cruise and explore the Netherlands beyond Amsterdam,” Ms Rheinlander said.

“I felt very privileged to be welcomed as a guest to experience a Tauck river cruise.”
TravelManagers’ EGM Michael Gazal said Ms Rheinlander was one of many PTMs to take up famil opportunities this year.
“It’s great to see PTMs making the most of the many wonderful famil opportunities offered by our key suppliers. They can advise clients with reliable itinerary planning and guidance and rekindle their love of travel.”
