The TravelManagers Customer Fund (TCF)

The TCF is a self-financed fund held in a separate legal entity. Established to provide clients and PTMs with extra protection against the risk of financial failure of an Approved Supplier, this is a powerful safeguard and additional layer of support that every PTM receives when they join the brand. Leading consumer advocacy group, CHOICE, recently highlighted the TCF in their latest article on consumer travel rights.
