TravelManagers’ National Partnership Office (NPO) and Hoot Holidays teams have a stylish, refreshed Sydney shared space inspired by luxury hotels and travel destinations, designed by TravelManagers’ own marketing team member, Leearne Groves.
Visitors to the new-look office might be meeting in The Chalet, The Hamptons or The Resort on their next meeting with TravelManagers or Hoot Holidays.
The refreshed office design, dubbed ‘The House of Travel hotel’, transformed a blank space into seven themed areas: The Chalet, The Resort, The Hamptons, The Country, The City, Hoot Holidays’ Tropics and The Entrance.

Groves, in TravelManagers’ NPO marketing team, is known as a closet interior designer with previous experience in lifestyle magazines and home renovation TV shows.
Groves said: “Each space needed to be functional as meeting and breakout areas, but we also wanted to create something that would reflect and celebrate our collective passion for travel.”

“We all fell in love with the concept of creating a theme for each room based on our favourite parts of the world, and I had a lot of fun researching, planning, and coming up with creative ideas to meet this brief.”
For the office space, she curated assorted furnishings, such as stylish floor rugs, artwork and a drinks trolley, transforming meeting rooms into inviting, themed areas.

“It was a thrill to be asked to take on this project and I loved seeing everyone’s reactions when it was ready to be unveiled,” Groves said.
“I see people gathering at lunch or at Friday afternoon drinks and darts tournament and socialising more than they did before. The entire office has a great vibe and I feel lucky to work in such a beautiful space,” she added.

TravelManagers’ annual conference will touch down in Bali from 16-18 September 2025, celebrating 20 years.
