TravelManagers will send 10 personal travel managers undercover to evaluate Signature Travel Network’s worldwide hotels and resorts, continuing their involvement in the global luxury travel provider’s Mystery Shopper program after an initial run in 2023.
Throughout 2024, personal travel managers (PTMs) will go undercover as mystery shoppers to assist with Signature’s hotel and resort quality control strategy as part of the ongoing brand partnership.
Each incognito agent will complete a two-night stay at a participating property, taking in the full guest experience and assessing three key areas of the product (guestrooms and public spaces), service and the delivery of Signature’s guest benefits.
Signature benefits include early check-ins, late check-outs and room upgrades as well as complimentary meals, airport transfers and Wi-Fi access.
TravelManagers Operations Manager Troy Coelho said the brand is delighted to continue its involvement in Signature’s Mystery Shopper program as client demand for luxury travel experiences increases.
“From food and beverage outlets to fitness centres and from concierge service to spa treatments, our mystery shoppers will evaluate every aspect of the guest experience to provide extensive feedback,” he said.
Feedback is shared with the relevant properties, identifying any opportunities for improvement and determining continued participation in the Signature Hotels & Resorts Program.
“With an ever-increasing number of TravelManagers customers seeking out luxury travel experiences, we’re very happy to lend our PTMs’ expertise and insights to the program,” Mr Coelho said.
“Our involvement will assist in ensuring that Signature’s global network of properties continues to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.”
