Ten Personal Travel Managers (PTMs) will go incognito to evaluate Signature’s luxury property portfolio as part of the partnership between TravelManagers and Signature Travel Network.

The TravelManagers PTMs were hand-picked for the brand-new Mystery Shopper program – part of Signature’s commitment to the best possible guest experiences at its member hotels and resorts.

TravelManagers Operations Manager Troy Coelho said PTMs will spend a two-night stay at one of the worldwide properties to assess the product, service and delivery of Signature benefits.

Signature benefits include early check-ins, late check-outs and room upgrades as well as complimentary meals, airport transfers and Wi-Fi access.

“We’re extremely proud to play our part in this critical component of Signature’s quality control strategy,” he said.

“An increasing number of customers are seeking out travel experiences within the luxury segment.
