No place like home-based: Victorian agents get the VIP travel treatment at Yarra event

TTC Tour Brands, AAT Kings and Norwegian Cruise Line joined forces to stage an exclusive immersive experience in the Yarra Valley for Victorian home-based and independent advisors to experience a day in the life of their clients.

TTC Tour Brands, AAT Kings and Norwegian Cruise Line joined forces to stage an exclusive immersive experience in the Yarra Valley for Victorian home-based and independent advisors to experience a day in the life of their clients.

The event welcomed home-based agents and independent advisors from TravelManagers, MTA – Mobile Travel Agents and Envoyage from all around Victoria, including some who drove three hours to attend.

Showcasing Trafalgar and Insight Vacations, advisors were able to enjoy some of the experiences that their clients can expect when travelling with these TTC Tour Brands companies.

Highlights included a chocolate tasting at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery and a personal wine tasting with vineyard owner Rita Tokar at the award-winning, family-owned Tokar Estate followed by lunch at the onsite restaurant.

TTC Tour Brands Key Account Manager Ki Williams said the special event was specifically tailored for home-based agents and independent advisors.

“We acknowledge that independent advisors are highly experienced, which is why we aimed to provide a more immersive training experience,” she said.

The event was well received by the home-based agents with many expressing their gratitude for learning about the product differently and the opportunity to connect with other independent advisors.

“This day serves to remind them of what their clients may encounter while traveling with us and thank them for their support so far. Additionally, it presented a great opportunity to connect with the advisors and talk about future opportunities. Overall, the event was very successful,” Williams said.
