VIRTUOSO AWARDS: Goldman Travel & Spencer Travel named world’s top luxury travel brands

Virtuoso wrapped up its 31st annual Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas in style over the weekend with a gala night featuring 3000 of the biggest names in luxury travel.

Virtuoso wrapped up its 31st annual Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas in style over the weekend with a gala night featuring 3000 of the biggest names in luxury travel.

The luxury network has also honoured the most revered travel agencies, advisors, and preferred partners with Virtuoso Awards.

Network peers determine Virtuoso Award winners: partners vote for agencies and advisors, and travel agency members select the winning partners.

Thousands of votes were cast in this year’s awards, showing a high level of engagement in the honours.

For the fifth year running, Australia’s luxury travel advisory group, The Goldman Group, took out the Top Virtuoso Agency Producer (Asia Pacific) award.

The award recognises all companies under the Goldman Travel Group umbrella, including Goldman Travel Corporation; Travelcall; SmartFlyer Australia; Quintessentially Travel Australia and The Cruise Centre.

Meanwhile, Spencer Travel won this year’s coveted Most Engaged Air/Services Member Agency Award.

They were recognised for their remarkable accomplishments, including constant innovation, exceptional knowledge and
stellar service, that helps set Virtuoso apart.

Spencer Travel’s Managing Director, Penny Spencer said “receiving global recognition is truly an honour, and we are thrilled
to be named alongside such brilliant Virtuoso award winners.”

Airline of the Year went to Emirates, Sustainable Tourism Leadership – Preferred Partner was taken out by Nomadic Expeditions and Cruise Line of the Year went to Crystal Cruises.
