The free guide shows how certification has helped unlock cost savings and new financial opportunities as a useful resource for any travel brand exploring how purpose can drive profit.

It aims to assist travel trade professionals navigating certification to meet environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards and highlight the value of B Corp status.

The report offers valuable insights for travel trade professionals looking to understand how purpose-led business practices can fuel growth, resilience and customer trust.

It also highlights key areas where purpose creates profit, including governance, financial performance, brand reputation, strategic partnerships and employee engagement.

The majority of Intrepid’s team (80%) said the company’s purpose-driven initiatives are a key reason they stay engaged, a key factor in managing risk and building long-term customer loyalty. 

Since becoming certified in 2018, Intrepid achieved a record B Corp score of 102.5 in its 2025 recertification, up from 91.2 in 2021.
