APT Travel Group’s OneTomorrow Charitable Fund has donated $10,000 to UNICEF Australia’s emergency relief efforts following the devastating Myanmar earthquake on 28 March 2025.
APT Travel Group has long-standing connections with Myanmar and its charitable contribution reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting communities in need.
While APT is not currently operating tours in Myanmar, the country remains close to the company’s heart after pre-2019 touring forged strong ties with local communities, past staff and their families.
APT Travel Group CEO David Cox expressed the importance of OneTomorrow’s commitment.

“We have been working in Myanmar for some time, supporting initiatives like the construction of freshwater wells in local villages. When disaster strikes, especially in a region already facing political and humanitarian challenges, it’s vital to step up,” he said.
“We are proud to contribute $10,000 to UNICEF’s efforts to provide immediate relief to those who need it most.”

UNICEF teams are on the ground, working tirelessly to deliver life-saving supplies, including emergency health kits, clean water solutions, hygiene essentials, medical supplies and temporary shelters.
The funds will directly support these ongoing operations and the essential services provided by UNICEF to save lives and offer hope during this humanitarian crisis.
The OneTomorrow Charitable Fund is committed to supporting global communities in need with a focus on emergency relief, the environment and sustainable development projects worldwide.
