Accor’s Art Series hotels are always inspiring, so it’s great to see a ninth Art Series hotel burst onto the scene in Perth featuring a breathtaking 25 storey artwork.

Inspired by the powerful multicultural portraiture of renowned Australian big wall street artist, Matt Adnate, the hotel features one of the world’s largest ‘mega murals’.

The hotel’s sky-high external mural highlights Perth’s cultural history and community.

The mega mural, took artist Matt Adnate one month to complete and features three large-scale portraits – including the face of a Noongar man, an Indian woman and a Mediterranean woman – all created with spray paint.

The hotel aptly named The Adnate, features work from the namesake artist around every corner.

Adjacent to the hotel, Adnate has also created a spectacular 50-metre-long laneway mural.

The 250-room “colourful and soulful hotel” promises to inspire guests with ‘the art of dreaming big’.

The hotel also features a gymnasium and the Miami-style Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails (opening to the public in mid-October), which hugs a centrepiece outdoor heated pool area on level one of the hotel.

Adnate’s artwork also takes centre stage in all Studio King and Studio Twin rooms with design-inspired, boutique interiors and reproductions of the artists most recognised works, complemented by a purpose-made, canvas inspired bed runner.

A selection of Studio King and Studio Twin rooms can also be joined to create a Two Bedroom Interconnecting studio suite.

Signature art experiences at The Adnate include the brand’s famous art tours, in-room art channels and art libraries to get up close and personal with Adnate’s work.

Branded courtesy cars and Lekker bicycles will be available to explore all that Perth has to offer and further afield.

The Adnate is the first Art Series hotel dedicated to street art and heralds the arrival of the Art Series brand in Western Australia.

The Adnate adds to Accor’s growing presence in Perth of 14 properties.
