It’ll be the epitome of a super luxury stay, according to the owners of a new $15 million luxury lodge opening in the tranquil region of South Australia’s Adelaide Hills.

Sequoia will officially open its doors in December where local and international visitors can enjoy an accommodation experience that’ll “rival the world’s best”.

And from the sounds of it, it might just do exactly that.

The new six-star experience will sit in a private and secluded location where guests can enjoy panoramic views overlooking the Piccadilly Valley.

Its seclusion allows designers and architects to create open-plan spacious rooms measuring 75-square-metres that have 180-degree views. The 14 contemporary guest suites will also have a lounge room featuring a stone-clad gas fireplace and a glass ceiling for a sky-filled sky over a king-sized bed.

Each guest will have access to a private club lounge, gardens, sundeck AND a heated infinity pool where they can enjoy an outdoor dip year-round.

Sequoia also provides guests with lavish amenities such as three 3-hatted Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant, Arthur Waterhouse Lounge and Stables Day Spa. Or they can enjoy bespoke experiences not accessible to the public including a behind-the-scenes tour with a local winemarker.
