Hyatt Hotels will more than double its presence in Vietnam from four to 10 hotels with the addition of six Wink properties rebranded as Unscripted by Hyatt, also marking the upscale brand’s first global debut outside the US.
The Vietnam-based Wink Hotels brand, part of the Indochina Kajima joint venture and operating since 2021, joins Unscripted by Hyatt’s collection of independent hotels with local character, expanding the hospitality giant’s footprint into new destinations, including Can Tho, Tuy Hoa and Hai Phong.
Unscripted by Hyatt, which currently features two US hotels – The Forester Hotel in Illinois and newly added Latitude Suites Tinton Falls in New Jersey – is designed to be flexible and conversion-friendly.

For independent hotels like Wink, this means tapping into Hyatt’s global scale and systems, including the World of Hyatt loyalty program, while preserving its “Made in Vietnam” identity.
Wink Saigon Centre, Wink Danang Centre, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Tuy Hoa Beach, Wink Can Tho Centre and Wink Hai Phong Centre will rebrand as Unscripted by Hyatt with a new location, Wink Hanoi Westlake, to open in late 2026.

The seven Wink properties add more than 2,000 rooms across Vietnam in cities and emerging coastal and cultural hubs.
