It’s exciting news for Australian travel lovers, with Qatar Airways announcing not only the resumption of 11 destinations but seven new ones! Yes, seven more places to travel to in comfort with award-winning Qatar Airways. There is also a raft of flight frequency increases, plus a divine onboard menu upgrade!

Qatar Airways revealed this mega news on the opening day of ITB Berlin, the world’s largest international and tourism trade show. Already flying to over 150 global destinations, the new and resumed flights expand the number of places your clients can reach and how often they can get there.

More ways to get there

You’ll also be pleased to know that the Qatar Airways schedule has frequency increases locked in across their network, too.

That’s more opportunities to book your clients on flights to Athens, Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, London Heathrow and London Gatwick, Madrid, Milan, Zurich and more.

More delights onboard

It seems Qatar Airways has opted for the ‘go big or go home’ motto because they didn’t stop with their new and resumed airline routes and increased flight capacity. They’re also tempting with their onboard menu news.

For Australian flights, passengers will soon enjoy the newly curated dining menus, showcasing local, sustainably sourced Australian ingredients. Plus, no boring same-same experiences for frequent flyers. Menus rotate frequently in line with seasons, with different menus for inbound and outbound travel. This is part of Qatar Airways’ mission to surprise and delight passengers with local offerings they’ll relish.

Business Class travellers are in for a feast fit for royalty, with dishes like New South Wales beef tenderloin, Hunter Valley stuffed chicken breast, braised Victorian lamb shank, sustainably sourced Queensland barramundi, and Tasmanian smoked salmon.

What is a good meal without a good tipple to complement those local flavours? The beverage menu features two well-known Australian wines and one from a fabulous New Zealand vineyard.

More impressive than ever before

World-renowned actor Deepika Padukone (she has 73 million IG fans!) has come together with Qatar Airways for their new brand campaign.
