Online airline ratings website, AirlineRatings.com gave Air Serbia a six-star safety ranking, placing it among the safest airlines in the region, while Air Serbia also received a five-star product rating, the highest in the region, upgrading its earlier observation status and criteria from “Regional Carrier” to “Full Service Carrier” for the first time.

The Airline Ratings system takes into account a variety of factors related to audits from aviation’s governing bodies and lead associations, as well as government audits and the airlines’ own records.

Air Serbia has been named one of Europe’s safest airlines.

He said the carrier is committed to the full service concept and has placed particular emphasis on product and services, which is evident in the airline’s business product.

Airlineratings.com was developed to provide everyone in the world a one-stop-shop for all information related to airlines, formed by a team of aviation editors, who have forensically researched nearly every airline in the world. Their rating system ranks airlines based on a one-to-seven stars system on safety – with seven being the highest ranking.

The online ratings company named Qantas as the safest airline for 2015, citing its fatality free record for the ranking.

AirlineRatings.com editors said they reviewed the airline’s 94-history and Qantas continues to have a record of firsts in safety and operations. It is also now seen as ‘the world’s most experienced airline’.
