Heads up holidaymakers there’s been a slight change to your travel plans today, if your travel plans include a warm, relaxing escape to the island of Tahiti.

Air Tahiti Nui has temporarily adjusted its departures times at Tahiti’s international airport in order to work around a fire services strike taking place today.
In order to minimise disruptions, the TN102 Auckland–Papeete service will leave an hour earlier today to fit in with the hours fire services are operational.
This means, travellers will need to be on board the aircraft at 3.10pm to arrive in Papeete at 10.00pm.
