On Friday 4 March 2022, Garuda Indonesia will resume non-stop flights from Sydney to Bali, responding to the Indonesian Government’s latest regulation accepting international visitors to Bali.

Garuda Indonesia has announced it will resume non-stop flights from Sydney to Bali from 4 March, following the announcement that international travellers arriving in Bali from March 14 will no longer need to quarantine.

The new quarantine-free trial allows fully vaccinated travellers to return to Bali more easily than before, in a bid to revive the country’s tourism industry.

Commencing with one weekly service, GA715 will depart Sydney for Denpasar every Friday at 11:30 am and arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali at 14:45 pm.

Initially, the flights will return via Jakarta on Thursday evenings, departing Denpasar at 18:40 pm with the intention that the nonstop return flights will commence “soon”.

Garuda Indonesia says the Sydney – Denpasar flight is part of its commitment as the National Flag carrier to support government programs, particularly related to efforts to accelerate national economic recovery, optimised through the provision of safe and comfortable flight services.

Passengers from other cities in Australia can connect to GA715 with partner airlines.
