Want to get to Japan for less? Jetstar has just dropped a massive sale to one of the most popular overseas destinations out there, along with another fast-emerging hotspot, Korea, with fares available from only $130 (one-way, excluding checked bags).
The ‘Japan and South Korea Sale’ offers discount fares to Tokyo, Osaka and Seoul for travel between early October 2025 and late May 2026, with some black-out dates depending on the route.
Making the offer more enticing, there’ll also be more flights. Last month, the low-cost carrier announced it would be doubling down on Asia, adding more than 130,000 new low-fare seats a year to high-demand routes across Japan, South Korea and Thailand.

Club Jetstar members can access the sale now, while the public can nab deals from midnight tonight.
The sale ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 24 July (Thursday) unless sold out prior.
Sale fares include:
- Cairns to Osaka (Kansai) from $130
- Cairns to Tokyo (Narita) from $130
