Qantas will operate an additional 140 flights to New Zealand, Jakarta and Singapore between December and February to cater to demand over the upcoming summer holiday season.
The Flying Kangaroo will add 95 extra return services to New Zealand over the period, including 48 return services between Brisbane and Christchurch and 36 return services between Brisbane and Wellington.
Commencing 30 November until 21 February, Qantas will operate a daily service from Perth to Singapore, giving customers more choice when flying between the two cities.
Qantas will also add a fifth weekly service between Sydney and Jakarta from 7 December 2015 to 10 January 2016.
Executive Manager International Sales, Stephen Thompson, said the additional services would give customers more choice and meet demand for travel during the holidays.

As part of the airline’s plan to meet demand, Qantas announced last month it would increase its services to Tokyo to double daily.
The increase in operations comes less than two weeks after All Nippon Airways unveiled plans to resume services on the Sydney to Tokyo route.
Increased competition to Japan is likely to help ease airfare prices for the increasing number of travellers planning holidays to the East Asia destination.
