Qantas is tempting Australians to head to North America with a new week-long sale, offering return fares to the USA and Canada from just $949.
The sale, which runs until 11:59pm (AEST) on 15 September, covers flights departing from major capital cities across Australia. Travel periods stretch from this month through to August 2026, with seats available in all cabins.
Honolulu is among the hottest deals, with return fares starting from $949 out of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane during the busy surf season. Los Angeles is also in play, with Sydney return fares from $999 available for travel between October and next August, including April, when Coachella draws festival crowds.
Other highlights include Brisbane-Los Angeles from $1,049, Sydney-Dallas from $1,499, and Sydney-New York from $1,419. Adelaide travellers will also be able to get in on the action with one-stop New York services via Auckland from $1,619, aligning with Qantas’ planned resumption of international flying from South Australia in October.
Qantas’ Dreamliner and A380 are returning to long-haul duty across several of these routes, with frequency increases already scheduled for the next 12 months. All fares come with checked luggage, meals and drinks, with sale seats subject to availability.
