SWISS Sense: New airline cabin interiors to debut from 2025

Swiss International Air Lines has revealed its brand-new 'SWISS Senses' air travel experience with swish cabins to be rolled out across its long-haul aircraft fleet from 2025 onwards.

Swiss International Air Lines has revealed its brand-new ‘SWISS Senses’ air travel experience with swish cabins to be rolled out across its long-haul aircraft fleet from 2025 onwards.

SWISS First, Business and Economy cabins will be completely redesigned in line with the carrier’s recently introduced Premium Economy product.

The reimagined cabins feature as the centrepiece of the SWISS Senses personalised air travel experience and mark the carrier’s most comprehensive cabin renewal project yet.

SWISS CEO Dieter Vranckx said: “As a premium airline, we want to pay full regard to our customers’ desire for more individuality. With this extremely high-quality product, we can continue to meet all our high aspirations.”

New cabin experience

The totally redesigned long-haul cabin features a timeless colour scheme and top-quality materials to convey a sense of comfort and calm.

The new concept will extend to the airline’s first-ever suites offered in SWISS First and parts of SWISS Business.

First suites offer total privacy with closable sliding doors, a spacious personal wardrobe, a large seat table, seat heating and cooling, a wireless charging station and a screen display as wide as the suite.

New Business seats will also feature seat heating and cooling and a wireless charging station with select seats including a closable sliding door.

The refreshed Economy cabin will have comfortable and functional seats with an increased seat pitch and a 13-inch high-res screen.

All seating classes will feature new Human-Centric Lighting, which helps alleviate jetlag effects.

A new state-of-the-art inflight entertainment system with bigger screens and connection options for personal devices will also be provided in all cabins.

“With ‘SWISS Senses’, we’re making our customers’ air travel an even more personal and more sensual experience,” adds SWISS CCO Tamur Goudarzi Pour.

“With its deep devotion to detail, our new long-haul cabin will give our passengers a particular feeling of warmth and well-being – a cosy and comfortable yet functional environment in all our travel classes.”
