Sydney Airport has revealed the full lineup of new eating establishments as part of the SYD T3 domestic terminal redevelopment with 14 food and beverage brands set to open progressively from late 2025.
Alongside the already-announced trio of Maggio’s, Slim’s Quality Burgers and Loulou, the expanded lineup for SYD T3 will include 11 more names, from major chains to local hotspots.
Headline additions include an outlet for iconic Bondi dining institution Icebergs, which will offer its signature, refined Italian coastal-inspired cuisine; RaRa Ramen, a cult Japanese ramen bar; and Lotus Dumpling Bar, proffering Cantonese-style dumplings and Asian share plates.

MoVida’s Frank Camorra will also bring a new cantina concept, Tres Tacos, to T3 for his take on Mexican street food.
The full F&B lineup will also feature Top Juice, Sushi Platter, Stitch Coffee, Krispy Kreme, Espresso@T3, Azúcar – a Latin-inspired dessert bar and Kafe for a diverse mix of restaurants and cafes for domestic travellers.

SYD T3 redevelopment
It marks the second phase of the wider T3 terminal’s major dining and retail transformation with specialty boutiques and shops to be announced soon.
Sydney Airport Group Executive Commercial Mark Zaouk said: “With this announcement, we’re bringing our vision for a reimagined T3 dining experience to life.”

“From contemporary coastal dining by the iconic Icebergs team to Frank Camorra’s new concept Tres Tacos, premium pastries at Loulou and cult-favourite ramen at RaRa Ramen, the lineup has been carefully curated to enhance the passenger experience.
“We’re proud to introduce this new mix of homegrown favourites alongside our existing global names, from Stone & Wood to Luke Mangan’s Bistro & Bar, combining the best of local dining with a truly world-class terminal experience,” he said.
