Sydney Airport has served up the first three of 14 new F&B concepts for travellers to dine for with a decidedly local flavour – opening late 2025 in the first phase of the T3 Domestic Terminal dining and retail redevelopment.
Maggio’s, Slim’s Quality Burgers and Loulou will make their Sydney Airport debut in late 2025 as part of the wider T3 Domestic Terminal upgrade with the other F&B outlets and specialty retailers to be announced in coming months.
A Sydney North Shore institution, family-founded Maggio’s is known for Italian pasticceria favourites, such as maritozzi, sfogliatelle, fresh pasta, pizza and handmade sandwiches.

Slim’s Quality Burgers sees the cult-favourite burger joint bring its nostalgic, fast-casual dining to the terminal, while Loulou will offer French-style pastries, baguette sandwiches, paté and gourmet retail gifts.
These venues join recent openings, including Luke Mangan’s Bar & Bistro, flagship airport bar Stone & Wood and the Heinemann Domestic concept store, forming part of the terminal’s broader commercial refresh.

Sydney Airport Group Executive Commercial Mark Zaouk said: “T3 Domestic is not just a terminal; it’s a gateway for millions of passengers to Australia’s vibrant domestic travel market and we’re transforming the dining and speciality retail areas by securing iconic brands that reflect the premium offering T3 is known for.”
“We’re proud to partner with brands that bring authenticity, creativity and premium quality to the terminal. This is just the beginning, we’ll soon be unveiling even more exceptional dining names, along with a revitalised specialty retail mix to match.”

The T3 transformation (Qantas end) also includes upgraded shopfronts and signage, improved wayfinding and new furniture, finishes and greenery to the area.
