APT Travel Group is expanding its offering so that it caters to the ever-growing value-conscious travel market, with the launch of a whole new brand called 'TravelGlo'.

APT Travel Group is expanding its offering so that it caters to the ever-growing value-conscious travel market, with the launch of a whole new brand called ‘TravelGlo’.

“This is simple, honest travel with all the essentials included”, said TravelGlo’s newly appointed Chief Executive, David Cox, while launching APT’s newest brand this morning.

Described as ideal for “holiday-goers seeking the perfect balance of affordability, freedom and security”, the 3-star APT off-shoot kicks off with eight journeys across Europe, including destinations such as Scandinavia, Rome, Portugal and more.

Pricing starts from $1,554 per person, twin share and features 3-4 star accommodation, all breakfast, some dinners, must-see sightseeing, economy rail travel and a dedicated tour manager.

Among the inaugural itineraries inside the Europe by Rail 2020 program is the seven-day Scotland by Steam which takes guests by rail from Edinburgh to the town of Blair Atholl, before checking out the Jacobite steam train aka the Hogwarts Express.

There’s also the seven-days Russian Icons travelling from Moscow to St Petersburg, as well as the 11-day Berlin to Budapest covering Berlin, Prague, Vienna and more.
