Bonza's ‘wear it your way’ airline apparel is anything but uniform

New Aussie independent airline Bonza has debuted its first-ever uniform range that allows cabin crew, pilots, office and operational staff to mix and match items such as on-trend white sneakers and t-shirts to reflect their individual personalities.

New Aussie independent airline Bonza has debuted its first-ever uniform range that allows cabin crew, pilots, office and operational staff to mix and match items such as on-trend white sneakers and t-shirts to reflect their individual personalities.

The apparel range comprises lilac tailored shorts, black pants, a striped shirtdress, white cotton tees, lilac long sleeveless coats, custom white sneakers, puffer vests and blazers with the airline’s signature purple trim and the Bonza values stitched inside on the lining.

Accessories include a Bonza ‘thumbs up’ pin, branded socks and a purple scarf.

Pilot uniforms feature a white button-up shirt, tailored pants and a charcoal blazer with silver stripes and purple lining but break with tradition and ditch the pilot hat.

The low-cost carrier partnered with Total Image Group on the apparel range, which Bonza CCO Carly Povey said comes without a grooming guide to let team members, known as legends, style various looks depending on where they are travelling and their daily mood.

“If you’re non-binary, pregnant, work in the office or onboard, we have options for you. Bonza is for the many, not the few, and that’s what you’ll see with our first-ever uniforms,” Ms  Povey said.

Total Image Group head designer and CEO Pamela Jabbour said: “My goal was for the uniforms to reflect the excitement and optimism that Bonza brings to Aussie travellers.”

Bonza and Total Image Group are also working to extend the uniform range with crew sunglasses as well as sunnies subsidies on Australian-made sunglasses with recycled materials.
