Sri Lanka has also seen an increasing popularity among Australian travellers and Natalie continues ” We’ve operated in Sri Lanka for around ten years and the destination has a lot to offer from amazing beaches to tea stations. It’s a very diverse destination”.

On The Go Tours predicts Iceland to be a hot destination for 2017

Iceland is the third destination predicted to be one of the hottest destinations for 2017. Natalie continues “Iceland really speaks for itself with its beauty and the destination has gain great popularity from the TV-series Game of Thrones”.

On The Go Tours is also expanding further into China by launching four new China Itineraries ranging from eight to 12 days which are great for travellers who are looking to visit the lesser known parts of Southern China or experience the cities of Beijing and Shanghai on the roads less travelled.

With direct flights significantly on the increase, an additional 7,000 seats a week were added between January 2015 and October 2016, and new aviation partnerships are in the making, with Adelaide expected to have direct flights from December 2016, it is now easier and more cost effective for Australians to reach a variety of destinations and getaways in China.

In September this year the tour operator launched a selection of cruising expeditions, aboard an ice-strengthened polar vessel, in Antarctica.

For explorers looking for a once-in-a-lifetime bucket list adventure, On The Go Tours offers a choice of four expedition cruises starting from $10,240 per person.

Ranging from nine to 20 days, the itineraries allow adventurers to explore the Antarctic Peninsula aboard a polar vessel with just 88 like-minded travellers, ensuring an intimate travel experience and two shore landings per day, a unique capability of smaller vessels.

Departing between November 2016 and February 2017, and again in the first three months of 2018, each of the expeditions will start and end in Ushuaia, and visit the Antarctic Peninsula on the Ushuaia polar vessel.
