Avis Car Rental has just announced the expansion of its exclusive Avis Signature Series fleet, with the addition of the all new BMW X3, making it the first car rental company in Australia to offer the recently revealed vehicle to its customers.
The third generation BMW X3 will be available to Avis customers travelling in North Queensland from June, in the mid-size car rental segment, embodying class and versatility for travellers on the go.
Anthony Youssef, Fleet Director, Pacific, Avis Budget Group said the addition of the BMW X3 was a result of the car rental company’s commitment to constantly evaluate its customer offering, ensuring a premium rental experience.

The Avis Signature Series program, which launched in 2016, offers travellers a luxurious, high performing rental option with vehicles ranging from the sporty BMW 330i to the BMW X Range, which starts with the X1 xDrive25i.
Marc Werner, CEO, BMW Group Australia, said the alignment with Avis in Australia was a reflection of Avis’ consistent delivery of top quality and service to customers, which went hand in hand the BMW brand.

The new vehicles will be available from June 2018 and can be picked up at the following North Queensland locations: Cairns Airport, Cairns Down Town, Palm Cove and Port Douglas.
